  • Invest as much in your body as you do in your car. You’re worth it!
  • Commit to your set appointments with your H&W Team.
  • Schedule your H&W sessions so it creates a standing habit. Book in advance.
  • Seek out a motivator, if you need one, to help keep you faithful to your H&W.
  • Climb over or walk around the obstacles that may prevent you attaining your goals.
  • Take action and do it.
  • Re-evaluate your H&W choices occasionally.
  • Ask questions.
